This is a comfortable, clean, well-appointed home with every consideration thought through, and implemented by the hosts.The owners have put a lot of effort into making sure this vacation property is family-friendly, beautiful, restful, spacious, tranquil and easy to relax in. Even the landscaping and general outside ambiance is beyond lovely. The Kitchen is well-stocked and the dining room is welcoming. This means that cooking a family dinner, baking a cake, or enjoying summer board games just comes naturally. This home contains exactly what our family loved about visits to the East End when we were growing up.There is a quick walk to the beach. And, on a clear night, the large bedroom windows look right up into the western sky, so that one can see the stars quite clearly. Better yet, during a nap on a summers' afternoon, one can look out the windows and watch the clouds go by. That is precisely what July & August vacations are for! Beach-going, Cloud-watching, star-gazing, ......and PLAY!Children of all ages will love the large bin in the backyard which has boogie boards and other beach equipment. "The adults" can make delicious food on the grill. But then, maybe, all food is delicious after a hike and a swim in the Long Island Sound? We'll definitely be back next year to study this important theory. Wild horses couldn't keep us away.
