An absolute disaster. I arrived for check in at 9 pm after a day in the beach to be informed that they didn’t have a room for me despite a reservation made more than two months earlier. The hotel claimed that it was a maintenance issue but obviously they were overbook for a long weekend. They sent me to the nearby hotel that didn’t have a kitchen and was significant less quality. They also treated very badly when I complained. They upgraded someone besides me but they they claimed that they couldn’t do that to me as i had an Expedia reservation. I will never made another reservation in this hotel, as they are rude and not reliable. Also orbitz was never available for a call to address the problem (I waited on the phone for an hour and they never picked up), which made me realize that in a more serious problema they wouldn’t be there to help me. Better use hotels.com the next time I made a hotel reservation.

Lovely spacious suite with kitchen, living room/work space and bedroom and large bathroom. Very clean and I wish I stayed there longer. The ventilation from ceiling was aimed at head of bed and out towards kitchen/work area and I told the manager on duty that I had to sleep under my sheets so the draft wasn't blowing on my head all night. Otherwise great Marriott Residence Inn!!!
New. Comfortable. Clean. Spacious. Designed well. Has both indoor and outdoor pool too. Will come back.

This hotel is everything and more! Every detail was met with accuracy and precision! Things you would never even think of..cleanliness of room, extra towels, delicious coffee and popcorn, plenty of glasses and silverware, extra sponge, plenty of pots and pans and not to mention an extra friendly and helpful staff. Reinaldo was fantastic! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
