Room was clean however it was a little surprised to find out we were scheduled to have it serviced every three days. Convenient to have Starbucks mini in-house. Street noise was a constant, should have requested room on back side of facility, facing parking. Not sure why an state occupancy tax, occupancy sales tax, and TID fee for a parked vehicle.

Excellent, except for lack of free coffee station

Everything was great except, no free coffee station in the lobby in the morning, and the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. Otherwise, very happy, very nice property, very clean, very comfy beds, and very friendly staff.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the showers didn’t close like a lot of water was getting on the floor when I was in the shower because it was open, I recommend you guys just getting a opening for the shower

This is one of my top 5 favorite stays. Definitely a gem in the cut, the rooms were so clean and comfortable and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The property is well maintained and the room was spotless. We enjoyed grabbing a drink by the bar down in the lobby and sitting outside by the fire pit. They had some nice bars nearby which we enjoyed. I would definitely re book there again. Everything is nearby, overall it was a highly pleasant stay. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff, your customer service was highly exceptional.
