Shower drain was clogged. Taking a shower flooded the toilet/shower area. Notified staff but never fixed during our four day stay. Linen did not appear to have been changed before our arrival. Don’t stay here if you can help it. Pay a little more to get a decent room.

Mixed Review

Strange hotel with no one at the front desk. Just a message with codes sent out ahead. Rest of room was okay. Bathroom had two places with globs of hair, disgusting. Elevator worked.

Hotel rooms were nice but the hotel itself needs some maintenance. Hotel front door missing door knob. Hole in bathroom wall. Adjoining restaurant was good. Bathroom sinks are very small and located in bedroom versus bathroom.

It was a good option for us, family of 3 / 2 night stay. Self check in and out, worked very good for us. Pretty big room, split-level type. We used it as a base to explore Reykjavik ( 1 full day). Very close ( 8 min by car) to the KEF airport, so very convenient for us ; we had to return our rental car early in the morning , before 6:00 am, and be in the airport after. The restaurant on the premises was nice, good food ( we had fish and lamb chops).
