The Best Stay of My Life! I recently stayed at Motel 6, and I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP. The front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, setting the tone for an incredible stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my happiness. When I mentioned I was traveling to see Yellowstone the staff gave me pointers. The housekeeping team was exceptional, keeping my room spotless and even arranging my toiletries neatly when I left them scattered. Every interaction felt personal and caring. The attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly valued as a guest. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was the staff’s outstanding service that made this stay unforgettable. I can’t thank the Motel 6 team enough for making my trip so special. I’ll be back, and I’m already recommending this location to everyone I know! Five stars all the way!

We booked a 2 night stay, and expected that housekeeping would at least straighten up our linens and make a cursory check on our room. No housekeeping. Morning coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice idea, but at 8 a.m., another guest and l had to find the Keurig pods in a box in a lower cupboard. Also there were only 2 sugar packets. .

You get what you paid for.

So, I got the room for a deal, and I was happy with the room. However, one of the pillows had blood on it, and there was a minor ant infestation. They must have sprayed the room prior because I would wake up and find dead ants accumulate by the wall by the dining table every morning, some still twitching. That said, it didn't bother me I had my own bedding and pillows, and id just have house keeping clean the dead ants.

I reserved a standard (specifically) room at 5pm for 2 nights. I didnt arrive until nearly midnight, but my standard room - which I specifically requested - had been rented to someone else - after I had paid for my standard room! Since the hotel was booked, I couldn't swap and my cancelation request for my 2nd night was ignored. The ADA rooms there are immensely noisy - as pointed out in previous review.

Stay was good, the beds were comfy, but the room was small. The shower head sprayed with good water pressure but the streams were so tiny they hurt. I had to go to the desk and ask for a blow dryer. That would have been nice to have already in the room.
