We were in downstairs room, the floor squeaked when people walked across ,which was all night long. Could hear them coughing and the television playing. They need a remodel or upgrade. Not much sleep due to constant noise­čść

We stayed here on our way from Yellowstone to Arches. We got a great deal on the room. Comfortable mattress. Great breakfast with lots of options. Located right at the interstate. Not complaints here. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Arrived early evening and we were greeted with a friendly smile and hello by Gary. What a nice guy and full of information regarding the area. Once checked in Gary suggested a number of places along with one of his favorites "The Hickory". We went to our room and got settled into a very clean and nice room. Breakfast the next morning was your usual fare but the big difference...Melissa, your breakfast room attendant. She was friendly and kept all items full. The manager said they had just hired her and believe us, she's a keeper. Wifi was fine and the rooms refrigerator (w/freezer) worked great.

Basic clean accommodations - quite expensive for the quality - breakfast was good - just messy unkept dinning area -room service started too early and were certainly not quiet about things- seemed rude and intentional how loud they were - would not choose this location again

When I stayed there it was a good price. Even though it was close to the highway, it did not have any noise. The employees were was nice. The room was also good. Breakfast was warm. Good location, conveniently located.

Travel five hours to enjoy a weekend ATV riding at the Sand Dunes near Rexburg. When we went to check in at 3 pm the we were told that room we reserved was not available and there was no alternative. We had to drive five hours back home. Spoiled our whole weekend.

I did everything right when reserving a room for Friday, July 28 and Saturday July 29. We reserved here because it was "pet friendly". The confirmation e-mail stated that there were limited pet rooms available. I double checked the website and there was no place to identify "pet approved" rooms so I called the 800 reservations number and was assured that there were plenty of pet friendly rooms available and a note would be written on my reservation that I needed a pet friendly room. We were traveling with friends staying at Super8 but they don't accept pets so this was our choice as Americinn is the only other hotel in town accepting pets. We went to check in at 3 pm and were told that our room wasn't ready and it wasn't a pet friendly room and there were no available pet friendly rooms. After being denied by the lovely young ladies that did their best to help but were tied by company policy I called Cathy Hansen the Property Manager who was unwilling to bend the rules to accommodate us. What's wrong with this picture? They blamed it on the fact I called Central Reservations and informed me they are not part of a corporate chain. it are held by a "charitable" organization..that cracks me heart there! I've never desired to stay at one of the Choice Hotels because I've wondered about the quality and generally we stay at higher end places but now that we have a dog we had reconsidered. Ugh!!! Please be extremely careful if you think you are going to stay here with a pet, you may be DENIED! They are ridiculous and heartless!

This was a nice hotel, clean rooms, great breakfast selection. the staff was very helpful checking us in and making the changes on our room when we wanted to have a fridge and microwave included since we were staying for 3 days.

We happened to be in town at the same time as BYU-I graduation. Had we known this we would have picked a different time. They jacked their prices up 150% + and were still full. Having said that, the two busiest days they did a fantastic job of handling the crowd. For example, they appear to have added extra staff to man the breakfast. It was total chaos in the breakfast room, but the staff kept things well stocked and clean. However, the last two days after the crowd was gone they let up on the attention, and we had to frequently request refills of missing items at breakfast. The property was nice, clean, and well kept. The pool area was kept organized despite the heavy use. WiFi was 4m download, .5m upload, but might have been pinched due to all the users. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately we met the front desk folks daily, because our room keys kept resetting and we had to have them reprogrammed every day. I would suggest they invest in having the parking lines repainted. The lot was dark enough at night that you could not see the lines, and people were parking all over. With the full house this meant the lot was packed even though there were only about 2/3rds of the cars the lot could hold.

This property is in a nice location. The staff is fantastic, especially their night clerk Gary. The breakfast was well presented and good. They do need to do a thorough cleaning of the rooms and receiving area. The area around the beds in our rooms was dirty, looks like there have been too many days of quick cleaning a room. There was accumulated dirt and spilled candy that hadn't been vacuumed right at the edge of the beds on the floor. The pool area was needing cleaning and so is the main lobby. Another problem that I had was that we were not offered the perks that choice motel members of our status are usually offered. These people are wonderful people and I would be glad to give them another chance but hopefully there will be some time to do a thorough cleaning.
