This was a nice hotel, clean rooms, great breakfast selection. the staff was very helpful checking us in and making the changes on our room when we wanted to have a fridge and microwave included since we were staying for 3 days.
We happened to be in town at the same time as BYU-I graduation. Had we known this we would have picked a different time. They jacked their prices up 150% + and were still full. Having said that, the two busiest days they did a fantastic job of handling the crowd. For example, they appear to have added extra staff to man the breakfast. It was total chaos in the breakfast room, but the staff kept things well stocked and clean. However, the last two days after the crowd was gone they let up on the attention, and we had to frequently request refills of missing items at breakfast. The property was nice, clean, and well kept. The pool area was kept organized despite the heavy use. WiFi was 4m download, .5m upload, but might have been pinched due to all the users. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately we met the front desk folks daily, because our room keys kept resetting and we had to have them reprogrammed every day. I would suggest they invest in having the parking lines repainted. The lot was dark enough at night that you could not see the lines, and people were parking all over. With the full house this meant the lot was packed even though there were only about 2/3rds of the cars the lot could hold.
This property is in a nice location. The staff is fantastic, especially their night clerk Gary. The breakfast was well presented and good. They do need to do a thorough cleaning of the rooms and receiving area. The area around the beds in our rooms was dirty, looks like there have been too many days of quick cleaning a room. There was accumulated dirt and spilled candy that hadn't been vacuumed right at the edge of the beds on the floor. The pool area was needing cleaning and so is the main lobby. Another problem that I had was that we were not offered the perks that choice motel members of our status are usually offered. These people are wonderful people and I would be glad to give them another chance but hopefully there will be some time to do a thorough cleaning.
The motel was very clean. Good breakfast selection. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, 4 types of cereals, fruit cups, fresh apples and oranges, bread, bagels, english muffins, mini muffins, danishes, yogurt. Juice, water, milk, coffee and tea. The room was nice and clean. Pets stay for free.
We stayed here while we dropped off my son for school. It was clean and reasonably priced. Typical breakfast for this type of hotel. Polite staff. I would recommend it if you are going to stay in Rexburg.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. From booking the room to the breakfast all staff was courteous and kind. The breakfast area is large and the selection of food was great. They offered eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, fresh make it yourself waffles. Very clean, was an enjoyable stay.
Due to an unexpected trip to the area to attend a family members funeral we ended up at Comfort Inn. Comfort is what we found! Friendly desk clerk, comfy room (clean), wonderful breakfast with a pleasant young lady in charge that aimed to please. Rexburg Idaho October 21, 2016 I just wish that hotels had longer hours on the pool and spa. We often travel all day before we check in it would be nice to relax before bed. Very fee hotels offer extended hours. A Maverick Store sits on a corner on the street in front of the hotel. Plenty of vending machines with food and drinks for reasonable prices.
I am a simple person who maintains a $500 a night hotel room looks the same as a $98 a night room with the lights off and eyes closed. This hotel was average and met my needs perfectly. The staff was very nice. Quiet and clean room. A bit wear worn but that is OK. No stale smoke smell anywhere. The breakfast was OK but filling.
We stayed here overnight and had a very nice evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was good and clean sporting the usual amenities. Breakfast was good but typical for the type of hotel. Overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend it.
stayed here for one night only, nothing memorable about stay which is usually a good thing as I always remember the bad things about a hotel more than the good! What I do remember is the friendly woman on reception, plentiful parking, nice rooms. I do recall one little negative, wifi very patchy and had to use the computer table in reception to plan onward journey
