At check in we were not told you have to request house keeping first thing each morning. We were frustrated that the 1 tiny garbage can in the entire room was overflowing and they never came to dump it or bring more towels. The bathroom counter was so small there was not room to keep any toiletries there. The freezer was not cold enough (no temperature adjustments). So our ice cream melted. Bed was fine but pillows were really old and worn out. Breakfast was good. There was plenty of parking. Easy street access.

We had a nice room but the shower handle looked like one that would turn. However, it had to be pulled out. So we didn't think the water was turned on for the shower. It would have been nice to have a sign or for the front desk to say something. We found out after applying other options.

Staff was great, good location. It's older and seems like maybe parts of it have been renovated, but others are still old and in need of repair. The beds were comfortable, but the little metal frames they were sitting on were squeaky and loud anytime you moved at all. The room was clean, but very small. The pool and hot tub area was nice but the jets in the hot tub barely push any water around. Breakfast was continental, so not a lot of choices, but what they had was good. The doors are also very thin. You hear everything from the hallway. There was also some strange things, like mattresses piled in the hallway, holes in the wall, and broken light fixtures. Our bathroom light burned out in the middle of the night on our 2nd night. Felt a bit pricey for the quality.

Right outside our hotel door - don't know how long the hole has been there, but no attempt to patch, just a hole into the room - I'm assuming there was a plumbing issue, because this is where the bathroom sink is.

Our stay at the Super 8 in Rexburg was okay overall. The room was decent for a short visit, but there were a few details that could use some improvement the sink was missing a few parts, and the chair was quite worn and peeled. It wasn’t a terrible stay by any means, but it also wasn’t the most comfortable or well-maintained place I’ve stayed at. The staff was polite, and the location was convenient, but overall I’d say it was slightly below average for the price.

Rexburg night one.

The only table lamp was missing a lamp. Replaced quickly by desk clerk. The room was pleasant. Used the ironing board to hold the suitcases. No racks or storage in the room.

They don’t clean the rooms unless you specifically ask when you check in. That was not mentioned when I checked in so I had to ask them to clean my room. Not a problem but they could have been nicer about it.

I was double charged by my booking Expedia and the Super8, and OVER CHARGED BY BOTH!! I was given a room where sheets were still wet, was told to sleep in the other bed both had wet sheets co y ldnt sleep and had to turn on the heater to sleep without covering up especially when it got cold. covering.By the time early morning came the other bed had dried up and jumped in that bed to warm up. Didnt sleep well through the night. I had to cover up myself with pillows. I traveled 13.5 hours to Rexburg Idaho, and had to travel back to Arizona this morning, another 13.5 hours. This is the worst ever and I always booked at this same Super8 for the past 3 years and this is my 4th year and terrible 1st EVER!! I SHOULD GET A REFUND!! No on site manager to do or complete this processes--James as I was told.
