Very clean and organized! Beautiful bathrooms and big spacious room setups with a nice office area

We liked the set up of the room except for the glass doors on the shower room and toilet room. Let’s too much light and noise into the room when someone is using them. Beds were hard and shower head doesn’t spray right. Rooms were nice though and very quiet!

Updated and modern hotel. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, pool area was clean and inviting. Fire pit on patio was on during night and morning for breakfast. Best hotel I have stayed in! Perfect for business travelers and families.

Everyone was so nice and the hotel room was awesome and a good price : )

Close to BYU-I. We often stay at these properties when we travel. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Nice quick breakfast. Clean accommodations. We like the two double beds with the pull out couch.

Great breakfast, bedding and pillows are great! Not far off the interstate. Modern and very clean

All was great but all doors are noisy, especially the toilet door. Wakes up people at night. That’s quite a problem

This hotel was superb. Very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The tub was too small and the breakfast left much to be desired. Staff was very friendly and nice. Without the staff I'd probably rate it much worse.

Nice, newer hotel! Located close to freeway, with easy access to parking lot. Our room was very nice.

The room Design was a little different. but a change is good. the room was large enough to fit 4 adults and 2 kids. the hid a bed was lumpy but ok. Great AC and Heater. pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was good thanks

We loved our stay in this very clean ,modern very quiet hotel. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

Modern, clean rooms with thermostat that was difficult/impossible to control. Final solution was to turn the thermostat to the "off" position at 2:00AM. Complimentary breakfast was okay, but nothing exciting. Same "complimentary breakfast" that I had the previous evening at the Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel in beautiful, because of the expense and limited hotels available for west Yellowstone tourism this hotel accommodates mostly tourists and the other portion is LDS families supporting BYU. we were surrounded by loud disrespectful Asian tourists, starting at around 4 am they were talking very loudly in their rooms and the halls, doors opening and closing that rattles your own room door with each closing, then the bus was parked just outside our widow and the noise of the luggage loading was very loud..do we didn't get any more sleep after 4am. Staff didn't do anything to accommodate the unacceptable conditions. I suggested they need to block off a wing to the bus loads of tourists to minimize the discomfort it adds to other guests. other thing that's a design flaw in the rooms the bathroom is right off the foot of the bed with a full glass door with privacy glass..well...you can see the shadow of the person using the bathroom and also the shower which is very uncomfortable. ..I will never stay here again,I am not ok with anyone able to watch my body outline while using the toilet and showering, it might be different if it was a traditionAL room design that the bathroom isn't visible from the bed. Manager was suppose to call me because there isn't one on duty during the weekends and I've not received a call yet, so I was left with the option of posting my very honest review. if these things don't bother you in a hotel stay then it is a beautifully decorated hotel.

Hotel was really nice, very spacious room. Hot breakfast a plus. Pool was fun even though it was cold. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Hotel was nice, clean and pleasant. Breakfast was nice. Suites living room and bedroom was open with no door, just a small barrier. Water is very hard here, and takes a while to rinse soap off, and water pressure was also quite low. The hotel is quite far from Yellowstone, but an easy drive. If you need a suite near Yellowstone, I would recommend this hotel. It is still closer to all the Yellowstone top spots than Jackson, WY.

The staff here were very nice and helpful. Very much enjoyed the room, very clean and laid out well. The breakfast was the only down side...very little room for seating and- no waffles! When we return to Rexburg we will come back to Springhill.
