Nice, newer hotel! Located close to freeway, with easy access to parking lot. Our room was very nice.

The room Design was a little different. but a change is good. the room was large enough to fit 4 adults and 2 kids. the hid a bed was lumpy but ok. Great AC and Heater. pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was good thanks

We loved our stay in this very clean ,modern very quiet hotel. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

Modern, clean rooms with thermostat that was difficult/impossible to control. Final solution was to turn the thermostat to the "off" position at 2:00AM. Complimentary breakfast was okay, but nothing exciting. Same "complimentary breakfast" that I had the previous evening at the Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel in beautiful, because of the expense and limited hotels available for west Yellowstone tourism this hotel accommodates mostly tourists and the other portion is LDS families supporting BYU. we were surrounded by loud disrespectful Asian tourists, starting at around 4 am they were talking very loudly in their rooms and the halls, doors opening and closing that rattles your own room door with each closing, then the bus was parked just outside our widow and the noise of the luggage loading was very loud..do we didn't get any more sleep after 4am. Staff didn't do anything to accommodate the unacceptable conditions. I suggested they need to block off a wing to the bus loads of tourists to minimize the discomfort it adds to other guests. other thing that's a design flaw in the rooms the bathroom is right off the foot of the bed with a full glass door with privacy glass..well...you can see the shadow of the person using the bathroom and also the shower which is very uncomfortable. ..I will never stay here again,I am not ok with anyone able to watch my body outline while using the toilet and showering, it might be different if it was a traditionAL room design that the bathroom isn't visible from the bed. Manager was suppose to call me because there isn't one on duty during the weekends and I've not received a call yet, so I was left with the option of posting my very honest review. if these things don't bother you in a hotel stay then it is a beautifully decorated hotel.

Hotel was really nice, very spacious room. Hot breakfast a plus. Pool was fun even though it was cold. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Hotel was nice, clean and pleasant. Breakfast was nice. Suites living room and bedroom was open with no door, just a small barrier. Water is very hard here, and takes a while to rinse soap off, and water pressure was also quite low. The hotel is quite far from Yellowstone, but an easy drive. If you need a suite near Yellowstone, I would recommend this hotel. It is still closer to all the Yellowstone top spots than Jackson, WY.

The staff here were very nice and helpful. Very much enjoyed the room, very clean and laid out well. The breakfast was the only down side...very little room for seating and- no waffles! When we return to Rexburg we will come back to Springhill.

Easy to find, friendly, helpful staff, clean room, good beds and a great breakfast. No complaints. Would stay there again if in the area.

This was a very enjoyable place to stay. The hotel was quiet and very enjoyable. I was traveling with two children and a teenager. The staff was great in interacting with them and never seemed derogatory about their stay. The hotel amenities were great and the beds were surprising comfortable. The hotel was clean and well kept -- although it is a little removed from things to do and access to places to eat. It is easy access to the freeway and close enough to get to Idaho Falls for larger activities. The bathrooms are a little small, but workable. There certainly could have been a few more towels -- that was a little challenging at times. But since I travel with my own personal towels it was manageable. Overall -- it was a fun and enjoyable trip and the hotel was worth the stay.

This hotel was located just where we needed it to be for our visit with friends. We really enjoyed the breakfast!

The place was very nice and clean. The staff that we came in contact with were very nice and kind.

We were warmly greeted and quickly directed to our room where the economy of space was not felt as a compromise but a clever design atmosphere. The European/Contemporary feel gave the hotel a great vibe and everyone in the family felt like they had a space to relax and enjoy. The exercise room was current and the breakfast buffet was inviting and ample. A great value and welcome respite in Rexburg, Idaho!

This was our second stay at this Rexburg hotel, the first being about six months ago. It's a new hotel, but shows a surprising amount of wear for the short time it's been in service. We love the location and amenities, and hope that the staff will pay closer attention to maintenance and cleanliness in the future.

Awesome hotel, awesome staff, great breakfast!! Would go back

Great place but misleading address as it is 2 hrs from every park

Located on the outskirts of Rexburg but surrounded by fields. Nice and quiet but if you're looking for a walkable location this isn't it. Nice variety for breakfast. Great exercise room and nice pool. The rooms aren't all that spacious but adequate. Only 1 bathroom per suite but the shower is in one location and the toilet in another so it works very well. Room advertised to sleep six but the sofa sleeper bed is probably only a full-size bed so it wouldn't be very comfortable for two unless they are small children.

Aqua and orange funky design in lobby and room was certainly not expected in rural rexburg. Excellent room layout and separate shower and toilet rooms are great for couples

Wonderful stay at the Rexburg Springhill Suites! My first room at check in greeted me with leftover breakfast and uncleaned condition. However, a very apologetic staff moved me immediately to another room with a wonderful view of the Temple and BYU-I Campus. Staff polite and very accommodating. Wireless internet worked perfectly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again with the family for our next visit to Rexburg, ID!

Very comfortable bed, good wi-fi, nice pool and hot tub at the right temperature for my taste. Room appointments are recent, the work area is convenient, the large room/small suite includes a couch and a half-divider to the bed area. Good looking exercise room, but did not use it. The decor of room and lobby is asian/european fusion, needs to be seen: certaily not your average looks. The breakfast buffet was ho-hum, and the pool area was completely unsupervised and very noisy because a couple of smaller children were having their ways. Good place for a night on the road, but overall unremarkable..
