Start your dream vacation with a stay in this amazing main-level duplex! Just a short drive from destinations such as Yellowstone and Teton National Parks, Jackson Hole, and Island Park. Use this home as your base camp while experiencing world-class fishing, hiking, biking, skiing, and other endless adventures. Located in central Rexburg in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for visiting family or friends! 1 block from Smith Park. Hospital, dining, and shopping close. We look forward to seeing you!
The space
This space is clean and comfortable! As you walk in the front door, you will walk into a large living room with the kitchen and dining room on your right. A laundry room is through the kitchen on the left. When you walk through the living room, you will walk through a hallway that has two hallway closets on the right side (one is locked, and the other has different amenities). The main bathroom is located off this hallway, and all three bedrooms are located toward the end of the hallway. The second bathroom is attached to the master bedroom.
Guest access
There is hardly any traffic in this neighborhood. It is close to a school, so you may notice more cars during drop-off and pick-up times. You can park on the street directly in front of the house or on the end of the left side of the driveway.
Other things to note
This is a main-level duplex. We have quiet and considerate renters in the bottom half of the duplex. We do NOT have central AC, but we do have a window AC in the living room and the king bedroom.
