Great place to be and hang with your college kids

Location was great. Overall no complaints. With kitchen was a little better stocked but all worked out as our kids filled in any gaps and we had a fantastic time.

Very Dirty!

There was old food on the back of the couch and in between the cushions, the shower curtains were filthy with mold, the dishwasher has never been cleaned. The pillows smelled like body odor. They did not provide shower mats for the floor or any dish towels to dry our dishes. I would not recommend this place.

Gather the family

We were grateful to have clean beds, lots of space, clean bathrooms, and a full kitchen and laundry facilities in our apartment. Other than a few minor details checking in with the door code, It was a very pleasant day. Thank you!

Do not recommend

The apartment itself was ok. Although, it was built for college guys, so take that however you want. The check in process was ridiculous. The place is run by a faceless computer in another country. I could not get them to call me so I could figure out the problem with checking in, in the cold snowy weather. There is supposedly an onsite contact, but they wouldn’t answer or return messages. It was also the loudest place I have stayed in my life. If you like to sleep, this is not the place for you. Even with all of the problems I encountered, the faceless computer in a foreign country didn’t try to do anything to make it up to me. So, if you are staying in Rexburg, DO NOT go to Brigham’s Mill.

Great location and stay

Dropped my daughter off at BYUI and this apartment was the perfect location and had such easy access to the school and surrounding student apartments. Check in was so easy and parking pass was very convenient. Will stay again!

Great place to stay!

Kitchen was great and well stocked with kitchenware and utensils. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and soaps. The apartment was really clean and smelled clean too. In all honesty I was a bit suspicious of it, process was a little different to what I was used to but it worked out well and not disappointed at all. When I go back I will definitely look back into staying here. It's a great location and close to everything.

Location

Traffic was louder than expected outside, but everything was comfortable inside and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were grateful for central air. We liked the location. Close enough to walk to college campus, parks, grocery store and many restaurants.

Wonderful

We came for BYUI graduation. The location was perfect. Accommodations were great. We needed a couple things while we were there and were able to get what we needed from the management team onsite very quickly. Everyone was wonderful. My only negative comment might be that the email sent for checking in had a unit number very visible at the top but that was not the actual unit number. Buried in the bottom of the information was another unit number which turned out to be the correct unit number. It was a little confusing and had to be sorted but it worked out fine.

Close enough to walk to BYU-I, and some nearby restaurants. The apartment was very nice, and soooo much better than an apartment. Everything was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

Clean and comfortable

This was a great rental for our family while we were in town for my graduation. It was close to campus and close to restaurants. The apartment was very clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen and laundry. The host provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry and dishwasher detergent which was so handy. No laundry softener sheets but that’s ok. Beds were super comfy and we loved the down comforters. Plenty of storage and comfy couch for watching a show after a busy day. The only thing I struggled with was the outdoor lighting near the windows. Room darkening curtains might be a bonus. I would love to have had air filters in the hvac intake. The hvac ran constantly but it was a quiet hum so not bad. One of the bathroom doors didn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t lock it, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it was a very nice and comfortable stay! We would recommend this rental. The owner was very helpful.
