The townhome is spacious with all the core amenities you'd expect. The location is safe, and the dedicated parking space directly in front of the unit is very convenient. Despite being adjacent to a busy road, the bedrooms were surprisingly quiet with minimal road noise.A few things worth noting for future guests (4 stars rather than 5):1. There is a tenant in the basement unit. They were generally quiet and unobtrusive, though on one occasion we could hear a prolonged phone call through the floor — which is how we learned there was a separate apartment below. Worth knowing before you book if that matters to you.2. The property needs some maintenance attention in a few areas. During our stay, the dishwasher stopped functioning — an appliance issue unrelated to our use. We were without a working dishwasher for several days before the host arranged a replacement. The host did respond and resolve the issue.3. The kitchen cookware was heavily worn — all pots were scratched — and basic tools like scissors and a peeler were not available. We purchased a couple of pots ourselves on arrival to make cooking practical.Overall a comfortable and well-located stay. With some upkeep to the kitchen and appliances, this would easily be a five-star property.
