This is my second time staying here because it was my favorite hotel but last week the swimming pool heater was broken and i would liked to be informed before doing the check-in, unfortunately the hotel couldn't fix the problem so my kids could enjoy the swimming pool, i asked when this problem would be fixed but the receptionist didn't give me a straight answer. He just told me the water should be warm which wasn't true. This inconvenience damaged my small vacation in Delaware. I will look for another hotel next time.

The location of the property is very convenient the outlet mall is walking distance.The area is very good. This is the fourth times that I’ve been staying here. But the front desk check in was not that good.The gentleman was not very experienced.
