Manager doesn’t deal with anything or even try to. Staff are rude and don’t care about the visitors. Food runs out they don’t make more after teams roll through. NO BACON! Jacuzzi tub in family suites disgusting jets not properly cleaned causing bladder infection. So noisy above room very early in the morning all 3 mornings. No blackout curtains. Lots of light comes in. Drawer in room didn’t stay closed causing people to hit in the night. Only good thing was fluffy pillows, beds clean we check upon arrival always. Wouldn’t say comfy as we’re use to. Tv’s good with steaming but have to turn up loud to hear. Parking there is ample. Missed out on swimming and bathing due to getting bladder infection in room. Wasn’t taking any chances with our family in other areas. Was told there’d be bacon and wasn’t. Loud in mornings and beyond annoying being woken up like that. Lots of light on the morning as well no blackout curtains. Staff aren’t helpful and manager doesn’t exist. Never spoke to or heard from in four days and counting. Two teams of boys roll through for breakfast and when we try to eat they’re not making anymore. Rather rude every other hotel makes as long as breakfast isn’t over. Not close to anything far from main amenities. Was only staying due to previous stays and wouldn’t do it again after this experience. The price was ridiculous for what we got. Stay elsewhere and be happy!
