Other guests were noisy, parents were drunk and kids were out of control, racing chairs in the hallway and screaming in the pool area. The beds were the worst I've ever slept on. Won't be back.

The hotel was clean and the staff above and beyond, however the I booked the Hotel mostly because of breakfast option, but I was surprised that it start only at 6 Am which I couldn’t make as I was working earlier.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great price rate. Rooms were clean and environment was quiet. Pool was nice and clean. The second night we were there on our stay there was a team of some sort staying there and they were quite loud throughout the night. Not the hotels fault. We will stay again!

Located on the south side of Red Deer, this hotel was easily accessible from the QE2 highway (hwy 2). The reception desk employee was professional and courteous, providing information for me on nearby amenities.

The pool had too much chemicals My grandchildren were covered in rashes, not properly maintained, I really like days inn, although would never go again with the pool issues, we could not use the pool, the rashes were so bad, even the lifeguard on duty said her eyes were stinging and the balance of chemicals were off Everything else was great , staff, room, breakfast

Clean, very comfortable and attentive staff. When we realised the heat wasn't working in our room they were quick and helpful in getting us moved to a nearby room. There were pedestals for us to plug in the vehicle in -30, a good pool, good fitness room and good breakfast (lots of GF options). The mini fridge froze all of our food, so just be mindful of that if using the fridge.
