We booked this hotel with high expectations because of the great ratings, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. The room was old, dated, and not very clean. We even found blood stains on the towels, which was extremely disappointing. The space itself was tiny—the photos online make it look much bigger. We’re a small family and still found it cramped; I’m not sure how average-sized people are supposed to fit comfortably. The AC/heater fan was loud, and when I opened the coat closet, a cloud of dust came out so heavy that both my son and I started coughing. There were also way too many items stuffed into the room for its size, making it feel even more cluttered. On a positive note, the staff were very nice and friendly, but overall the hotel is overdue for a major update. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again.

The club level room was very clean, and the club room was definitely a nice perk. We enjoyed breakfast in there and an evening drink. We also had dinner at Hiy Steaks within the resort and it was delicious. My only negative would be the room we were assigned was close to the elevator and we could hear it running throughout the night

Great front desk, housekeeping and club room staff. Everyone willing to help out if you have a medical issue! Food great in lounge, club and casino. Very quiet. Had a great view of Rockies from the 12 floor. Easy parking. Lovely hotel one bedroom suite has lots of room. Didn’t use pool or gymn or steam room but all looked great.
