It was ok for a quick overnight stay but room needs to be updated. Carpet looked at least 30+years and in awful condition with a terrible smell. Hotel lounge, casino, and food was pretty good. Probably wouldn’t stay until rooms are renovated.

Room was pretty clean except for drink splash stains on the wall. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. I told the cleaning lady and she did not come back to fill them. Food options are limited there. 1 lounge with minimal options and a steakhouse. I only had breakfast at the steakhouse which was very good. Casino was very bright and felt like i was in a conference room. Turn the lights down a bit! Stayed her for proximity to family and would probably stay again. Might try another close hotel.

The rooms are just great. The location is great, but for some reason, none of the ice machines were working. I went to every floor and the club room service was almost not worth going to simply because they had an air conditioning problem and it was too hot to enjoy sitting there with friends.

I have coming to this facility for over 16 years .. some of the rooms are showing age … cracked sink , air conditioning not working.. plugs not working.. time for some upgrades .. staff is always great, overall building is good .. even the elevators need some work though

Red Deer overnight

The only thing about the hotel, they don't serve coffee in the lobby rather than walking all the way to the casino and wait until they open. Most hotels have coffee in the lobby.

We stayed for one night on August 9th. Staff were friendly and the room was clean, but could use an update. Variety was stained, bathroom door was hard to close, toilet in my daughter's room didn't flush properly, and the hallway and room in that section smelled like old cigarette smoke. Main areas of the hotel were well-kept. We missed the buffet in the casino, so we ate at the lobby restaurant (Terrace?). There was only one person working. She was very nice, but she was in bar and food service. I ordered lettuce wraps and they were pretty gross. I didn't eat them and they were removed from the bill, which I didn't ask for, but appreciated. I also ordered truffle fries but didn't get them. Our server didn't get a chance to return to our table after bringing the food. It was not her fault at all; she was friendly and efficient, but there should have been more staff. We went looking fir breakfast the next morning, but the casino buffet didn't open until
