Check in staff are welcoming & all the other staff we encountered were all very friendly! Our suite was okay but did feel a little tired, quite dark with only lamps for lighting. Frayed carpet between the transition from the entrance tile, blinds had dirty fingerprints on them from previous guests. The heating system was noisy periodically thru the night and the door let in so much light from the hallway that It was hard to sleep. It was fine for a one night stay at the price point we were at, but don’t think I would return.

The room was quiet even though the place was sold out! The little lounge is AWESOME great drinks, food and service. Hys is a MUST THE STEAK WAS INCREDIBLE. And the morning breakfast was awesome. It’s the full package.

The standout features are the great food at the casino and the incredibly friendly staff. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I’ve stayed here before and will definitely return. I hope the hotel plans to upgrade and modernize the rooms. While the dark, outdated rooms are clean, the overall renovation is overdue. New windows would be a great addition, especially since I had to scrape ice off the inside during a -30-degree night. However, don’t let the above “negative” deter you; this is a great hotel with plenty of potential for improvement.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. View was excellent. Enjoyed the Casino and its food menu. This was a leisure trip to visit friends in Red Dear. Lots of parking and easy access to primary routes.

Rooms are nice. Hotel is nice. However, had someone start a massive screaming, crying, shouting match in the hall at 2 a.m. Ended at 3 a.m. Then started again at 5 a.m. Not sure why hotel staff did nothing about this.
