Staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating. Slightly dated but very clean and had all the modern conveniences. Breakfast was very light, cereals hard boiled eggs, bagels and toast. Cup style oatmeal’s. Over all good place . I would stay here again .

Room is dated. Breakfast is a joke. Bagels, cereal, tea and coffee. The shuttle was on time. Nice perk! I would try the Cambrian next door if I came again.

Maybe I’m pickier than most but I do expect the garbage from past guests to be out of the room when I check in- I don’t care of you don’t clean the room every day if I stay more than 1 night but at least come on and give fresh towels and take out the garbage. The ONLY redeeming quality is the front desk staff. Courteous and professional

The place was well maintained, clean and the rooms were very large. The place is just outside of town, so there is no where you can walk to. BUT everything was a short drive away. Very close to Mount Rushmore and the Bad lands. Because we had a suit with a full size refig, dishwasher, sink and a stove they never made up our room. I guess that was expected? The breakfast was basic with hard boiled eggs, bread, bagels, fruit, juice, coffee, tea. I would recommeng.

Parking and location worked great, nice outdoor patio area. Rooms need upgrading, couch very uncomfortable, all furniture pretty rough looking in room and other common areas, TV could be bigger for suite and lamps etc..no USB charging options, (we do alot of traveling this is pretty standard). Staff were very nice.

I stayed there before, it was not bad. One thing that would make it better is to have a HOT breakfast. Cereal, toast, and cold hard boiled eggs are not enough!

So very dirty and run down. There was someone else’s left over food still in our fridge. I’m sure if you’re a man and on a road crew it’s great but not for a family and a one night stay.

We had 2 rooms, both rooms had funky smells. One rooms bathroom had black mold in the sinks and in the tub surrounding as well peeling wall covering. We also arrived earlier than expected and asked to have an early check in and we were told by the staff at the front desk the rooms were not ready. So we ended up finding something local to do until about a hour before the check in time (3pm) and was told that only one room was ready and the other room was having the ice maker in the fridge repaired. Finally we got to check in and settled in our rooms. Finding out that either of the rooms ice makers do not work and once we asked the staff member about this and the mold we where told there are no other rooms available so to no vacancy. For the price I paid for these rooms I would expect more than what was offered. I will never in my future ever book this hotel or any other hotel related to this. This was by far the worst hotel we ever stayed at
