Booked last minute while traveling through and needed a quick overnight stay. Upon entering, the lobby was very inviting with beautiful Christmas decorations and a warm fireplace—especially appreciated given how cold it was outside. We visited the on-site Irish pub to watch Sunday night football and were greeted by friendly staff. It was also great that both the hotel and pub are dog-friendly, allowing us to bring our pup along. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly enough. However, we couldn't check into our room until 5 pm. After waiting to check in and getting settled, they moved us to a different room on a different floor. The service, the room, the valet was all wonderful!!! But someone had a small dog at the hotel (not sure what room) but it was a yappy dog. I was kind enough to not call the front desk. what I did instead was waited until 10:30 to see if they’d come back and if so, I wouldn’t call, if they didn’t show, I was calling. I’m all for pets to come with, but if they are the yappy kind, be polite to other guests. Do better as a pet owner. No shame at all on the hotel.
