Home was very nice and matched the images shown. It was hard to figure out the check in process, was routed to the wrong parking garage and was a hassle to retrieve the key fob for elevator. After checking out, they messaged me saying a stain was left on the bed and I would have to pay extra for the stain which was caused by the colored pillow they had on the bed. (If you book, make sure you take pictures of anything misplaced or stained because they will try to charge you extra for it; very money hungry).
