¡Bienvenido a tu casa del árbol en la ciudad! Al estar ubicado en un bosque sereno, puede relajarse y disfrutar de los sonidos de la naturaleza en un vecindario tranquilo muy cerca de la Universidad de Duke, el Centro Médico de la Universidad de Duke, el Bosque de Duke y el centro de Durham. También está cerca del Research Triangle Park y de la Universidad de Carolina del Norte en Chapel Hill. Esta propiedad ha sido totalmente renovada y está artísticamente decorada. Está enclavado entre árboles en un gran lote dentro de un tranquilo callejón sin salida. Wonderfully peaceful house close to Duke

We stayed at the Treehouse while our daughter had surgery at Duke. The Treehouse was peaceful and the perfect place to recoup after surgery. Sue and Gary were wonderful hosts. They were great about communicating before our reservation and were flexible about our arrival/departure. The house was a perfect retreat. They even provided coffee k-pods and snacks for our stay. Lovely bedding, towels and toiletries were provided for our stay. I highly recommend this property and the owners.

Wonderful, serene & nestled in the trees!

This was our family’s second stay at this wonderful house nestled in the trees. Everything is clean and beautifully furnished, the space feels calm and relaxing, and the owners clearly take a lot of pride in providing a top-notch experience for their guests. Amazing stay for Duke Graduation

This was the perfect place to stay for our son’s graduation. With all the busyness of events, coming back to this perfect home provided the respite we needed to relax. It’s quiet but convenient to everything. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Breath of fresh air

Traveling can be stressful but Sue and Gary’s treehouse was like a breath of fresh air. I have traveled to North Carolina many times and have stayed in numerous houses. This house by far exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do the house justice. The furniture, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all in pristine condition. The bath towels were luxurious. From the cleanliness to having all the necessities one might need, this house was perfect for my family. The location was convenient and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It was definitely a 5 star experience and I will be back. Thank you Sue and Gary for sharing your beautiful home.

Charming treehouse retreat

Immaculate, well-furnished house on a quiet street but well-located area in Durham. We had a family celebration and needed housing for 6 adults.my guested love this house which came with all the amenities you would want for a weekend or longer stay.

Thanksgiving at the house in the trees.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Our hosts did a great job communicating beforehand, and everything was just as described. They did go above and beyond providing a kitchen with commonly needed pantry items and many other touches to make our stay comfortable. The entire place is updated and has a fresh feel. The location can't be beat. It is right next to Duke, in a quiet neighborhood, on a cul de sac, with the added bonus of being close to the Al Buehler trail for afternoon walks. If you are looking for relaxing, well-appointed, and peaceful, this is it! We are hoping to stay here again. Thank you Sue and Gary!

Just perfect!

We visited Durham to tour Duke. The treehouse is very close to the Duke campus and was the perfect place for our family. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware. We love the option of making a simple meal or bringing in takeout when we don’t have the energy to venture out, and the treehouse had everything we needed and more. Coffee, tea, sugar, microwave popcorn, nut bars, and spices were provided. There is a Super Target very near for anything else you might want. The treehouse is beautiful and comfortable. Many thanks to Linda for being such a wonderful hostess! We will certainly be back whenever we return!

This property was exceptional. From the decor, cleanliness, attention to details and communication from the host it exceeded expectations. It’s the little things that really set it apart from other places we have stayed. The switches in the home were labeled, there were snacks on the counter, coffee pods for the Keurig,a basket of blankets to use while sitting in the living area! It was lovely. Location is great, minutes away from Duke and 20 from UNC. We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Durham and this house was perfect for all of our needs. It is in a beautiful spot nestled in the trees, and it was convenient to everything we needed. It is exactly as the pictures show. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware for cooking meals at home, the rooms are comfortable, and the whole property is clean and beautifully decorated and maintained. We will definitely check this place first the next time we are in town!

We had a lovely stay at the treehouse! Everything was just as described and it was such a great space! The open floor plan on the top was great for spending time with family and the bedrooms on the lower level were very comfortable! We will be back!

Excellent property!

The tree house is everything you would want and more! It is SO comfortable. It has everything you will need to prepare meals, a wonderful location to Duke and the medical facilities, a wonderful neighborhood to walk around in, and a beautiful view of the Duke forest. We will definitely stay again if and when we are in the area.
