King suite w/jet tub room #315

Curtains were broken, but zip ties were used as hooks, wall cracks from ceiling to floor, bathroom floor was sticky, sink faucet- cold water handle on in tack and could turn on without holding it, curtain rod missing and curtain to cover closet, dental floss stick, not vacuumed, nail clippings on the floor from previous guests. Side note: took pics, however not allowed to upload pics for some reason.

Check in was easy and fast. Great customer service. We were relying on Lyft to get us around and Lyft left us stranded and the front desk staff was able to give me a phone number to a Private car company and we made it back safely.

The place was clean, staff friendly, and quiet. Only negative things was no coffee pot in room, bed was kind of hard for my liking and there was no area for my dog to feel comfortable going to do her business (no grass)

A comfortable stay at a cheap price

I did a stand-up comedy show in Quincy and after a late night I just needed a place to have a goodnight's sleep since I had a 3 hour drive home the next day. The room was small but clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Exactly what I needed.

I was trying to get a cheaper rate, because we were at an event. The group was able to obtain one. But we did not get one for making a reservation online. The pool was so cold we could swim. Was somewhat disappointed.

Nothing fancy, property is just worn. ie- broken picture frame, tub worn, carpet somewhat dirty in the room. I would not walk on it barefoot. But linens and bed were clean, heat worked well, had freezer, mini fridge and microwave which were very nice to have! We did not try the breakfast or go to the pool.

Cons: It feels like an older hotel that is showing its age. Didn't feel the cleanest. Parking area feels a little sketchy being next to an abandoned/ half boarded up building, but had no issues. Pros: The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great view of river.
