We recently returned from a wonderful family vacation and couldn't be happier with our experience! The hotel provided a mostly quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. There was some construction noise during the day, but it wasn't disruptive at all, and we're actually looking forward to seeing the updated hotel once the renovations are complete. What truly stood out during our stay was the super friendly and helpful staff. They were incredibly caring and attentive, which made a significant difference in our overall experience. My daughter had a little accident at the pool, and the lifeguard was quick to respond. They not only handled the situation expertly, but they also took the time to soothe my daughter and followed up with us the next morning to check if she was okay. Mr. Salazar, the hotel manager on duty, was exceptionally attentive as well. He ensured that everything was alright and even went the extra mile by sending some strawberries to our room to cheer up our daughter. Such thoughtful gestures truly made our stay memorable! Aside from one minor issue—the bathroom in our room could use a little updating—everything else was fantastic. The staff, the hotel, and the location were all top-notch. We felt extremely safe throughout our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great family getaway. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip filled with positive experiences!

I stayed my spring break vacation for 3 days and 4 nights , it was me and my son I loved everything about this hotel , the room was spacious or both of us , it has all the basics in includes like toothpaste shampoo lotions toothpick , etc The staff was great , if we need a taxi they call one up for us and they would be there in 5 min or less. The restaurants they have there are a few and the food is great as well We loved our stay in this hotel !!!!!!

Love this hotel. It is spotless and the staff is awesome. Great gym, spa and pools. Plenty of choices of where to eat and easy walk to the marina.

Amazing pool and great customer service. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Great for families. We just didn’t like that you had to be in dry clothes to enter their restaurants which does not make sense as the restaurants are right next to the pool and beach.

I thought that my stay at the Westin was a good value for the money. However, I believe that my stay would have been better if the renovations were not going on at the time. I liked the room, but wish there would have been a microwave. The view was beautiful from the balcony. The location was extremely close to the marina which was very convenient.

Party noise until 1:00 am was a problem that the Westin could not address. I left a day early due to lack of sleep from loud music at neighboring hotel. Hotel was noncommittal and indifferent to ourcdisconfort
