This is about our 4th time staying at the Paradise Village. It never disappoints. Clean spacious rooms, tasty food , parking on site , food was good .

We booked 2x 1 bedroom units for 5 people, and we’re looking to have dedicated room for our 2.5 daughter. I’m check in we learned that those one bedrooms are located outside of the property, only accessible by shuttle. Property declined our request to be located on property and downgraded us to studios since that was the only option they had on the property. Attest to resolve the issue with hotel manager did not lead to resolution, while manager openly admitting that they downgraded us. Ocean was closed all the time we were there, overall that area has high waves and not pleasant and not good for swimming. In the room: nothing spectacular, one highlight was rusty fridge and no mini bar. Don’t waste time on the food there - whole days the same menu, and looks like sausages were reused at least 3-4 days in the row. Oh, and all inclusive is a bit of joke, just waste of money. I would say we made a decision to never come back to this hotel, there are way better options for the same or less money.

Had a very pleasant experience with the hotel. We stayed here for about a week and a half. Our cleaners were very, very reliable, we always came back very satisfied with the cleaning. The activities in the area were amazing, the coaches were so good and fun esp ping pong and tennis coach, he's the best! We also appreciate that there's so many activities that you can do in this hotel, it helped me a lot because I was not allowed to swim at the swimming pool or the beach so I was still kept preoccupied with the games in the tournaments that the hotel hosted. However, I gave only four stars, because the front desk was not very helpful with the report that I made with somebody smoking in the balcony. And the smoke that I smell in the bathroom on our last day. Somebody from the front desk said she was going to send someone up to check but nobody ever came. Good thing it was our last day. But other than that, overall great experience!

The resort is nice. The onsite activities are fun. We really enjoyed the mexican night fiesta. The food was incredible. The pools were very crowded. We disliked the fact that they would not let our children have swimming practice/lessons in the quiet pool because they were children, especially in the morning when the pool was mostly empty. I like fishing on the jetty, but they did not like me fishing on the rocks directly to the south.
