We were very happy with our stay, but were disappointed at the lack of accommodations for those with mobility issues. No ADA rooms were available and the transport up the hill from the main hotel to our building required bellboy assistance each time because our 80 year old mother could not get up the step to the trolley.

Ocean front rooms are very noisy and outdated. HWY is just few metres behind the rooms, beach and pool. We were charged a security deposit at check in and they charged our credit card the sixth day of our stay for no reason (we stayed all inclusive). At our check out they said that our balance is zero and deposit will be credited automatically. Not true, they took almost 800 CAD or 10000 pesos and now nobody responds to our complaint.

My 2 bedroom 3 bath suite wasn’t available upon arrival, arrived on a Sunday wasn’t available until Tuesday after 4pm. They are not a kid friendly resort even though they say they are. Out of 4-5 restaurants only 2 allow children. Hotel can’t accommodate big parties over 8. Stayed for 5 nights had ongoing maintenance issues through out the stay AC problems. Our family is a group of 18 we travel every year for thanksgiving week, we made reservations at one of their restaurants for a thanksgiving dinner, we show up they don’t have us reserved for thanksgiving plates and can only offer “12” plates. This whole resort hotel is a s#>€% show. The 1 star is for the staff because of what their misleading management makes them go through.

I never leave reviews but this trip was above average in every way. I was travelling with my infant and toddler. Our standards are quite high and we were a little nervous travelling with young kids. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We felt safe and cared for in every way. The food was amazing and there was not 1 thing the entire week we didn’t love. We didn’t even need to leave the resort because we were having ice a good time

resort is really great! only negative was room service. i ask to bring wine opener to my room and took them 2 hours to bring it. why? I called 4-5 times to make sure and said will bring right a way but took 2 hours. that is so shame.
