Nice staff and location is good, but of course there's more noise because of it. Internet is spotty. We would stay there again and the Expedia Gold status was a plus.

This hotel is adorable! I love that they provide 24/7 filtered water, coffee, and snacks. The location is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tour docks, yet it's situated away from noisy central areas.

This boutique hotel stands out among the crowd as it pays attention to the small details. Lovely bathrobes, slippers, small chocolates left by the maid. 24 hr access to coffee/ cold filtered water and small snacks. Staff even carry your luggage up to your room. Staff go above and beyond to provide a wonderful stay

This hotel was clean and conveniently located on a quiet street in the main part of town, so walking everywhere was easy. The room was spacious and we had a nice balcony that faced the back of the hotel. There was coffee, tea, and snacks available 24/7 and the breakfast was good with eggs made to order. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the hotel provided beach towels and bags as well as water bottles. The hotel had no elevator so it would not be suitable for someone with limited mobility as the reception was up one flight of stairs and the breakfast area up a second flight. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Puerto Ayora who is okay with stairs.

Beautiful accommodations. Modern yet classic feel. Very clean. Matching robe and slippers was a luxurious touch. Perfect size mini bar and fridge. Amazing breakfast spread with accommodating chef and staff. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. Highly recommended stay for the solo traveler.

Fantastic Stay!

Fantastic staff and incredible stay! We splurged on this about a week before the trip after realizing the apartment we rented didn’t really capture our needs. The breakfast was delicious, very helpful staff that have discount coupons for some of the best restaurants on the island. The taxi service that you can add from the airport to the hotel made our arrival extra special. 10/10 would stay again!

The staff was friendly and very helpful when planning tours and other outings. The room was clean and comfortable. Attention to details: enough towel racks, a carafe of filter water was provided for brushing teeth, lots of shelves in bathroom, two luggage racks, laundry service, mini bar, charging ports in several locations in room, extra blankets, robe and slippers.

One of the finest hotel I stayed so far. The staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are 5 star level hotel while you feel living in your own home. Excellent breakfast!

My stay was exceptional, the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. They always made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. The location was very convenient as it was close to the port and I was able to walk to the restaurants nearby. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff are super helpful and informative. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. There is construction right outside the front door but there are walkways around it. They were super thoughtful and prepared a box meal for my dad who went on a day excursion. The meal was generous in both choice and quantity. It’s walking distance to many areas. They gift you two free water bottles and two reusable bags. Honestly this hotel is quite the gem. They recommended great restaurants and tour operators. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Santa Cruz island.

Wonderful Stay in the Galápagos – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our trip to the Galápagos. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. They were not only thorough in their service but also incredibly helpful in offering tips on the best places to visit and things to see. Their local insights made our experience even more memorable. The breakfast was a highlight—absolutely stellar, with a variety of delicious options to start the day right. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay.
