The whole experience was amazing! Special shout out to the following staff who made our experience extra special: Jazi, Emilio, Elita, Isaac, Cruz :) The preferred club and all it's perks are definitely worth it. The pool is nice and quiet on that side, and the preferred lounge & Oceana restaurant access are completely worth it. We can't wait to go back!

Pool view included a view of the ocean which was unexpected. The staff was amazing, incredibly attentive. Truly, all of them. Rooms were clean. Furniture a bit worn. My daughter is gluten intolerant and they did everything to make sure she was taken care of. Would highly recommend this property to others!

Staff ard location were amazing but the property is extremely outdated and the food overall was below average. Small buffet with the exact same items for breakfast lunch and dinner. Long waits for sit down restaurants but food was a little better. We likely would not stay at this property again but would stay in the area.
