We had such a great stay at this rental. The host was very helpful and welcoming. The home has exactly what we needed for our stay. It was cozy and very clean. Directions were very clear and reasonable. I would highly recommend this host and property.

Wonderfully located, but since I’m not from that area, I drove in on a very stormy night and the host was so kind to help me get to where I needed to be. Being from California I was definitely lost in a university town of Provo, But the next day was sunny and beautiful, and I knew where I was. I will definitely be staying again thank you Genevieve and daughters.

What I expected

This was great for what we needed. Didn’t need a big kitchen. Didn’t need to cook. Great for a place to land and sleep. We weren’t going to be in the property all day. The only negative I had was parking. It says there is parking in the street, but there are so many people parking in the street. Coming in late at night made me nervous. I always found a spot. Although sometimes far away. But one day I had to ask the neighbor, who was luckily outside, where to park. He told me I could park in front of his fence that had a no parking sign in front of it. Someone seriously needs to paint parking lines on the street. People were parked too far from the other vehicles but not far enough to fit a car in between. It was so frustrating. I would say overall the place was what I paid for it.

Private basement studio

Once I prompted the host the instructions were good. Didn’t realize till then how much of a basement we would be in but it was private, clean and had access to a nice outdoor patio. Parking was limited and the lack of a kitchen sink was unexpected but livable. The sheets bed, couch and shower/tub were all very nice. The host was quick to answer my questions and helpful. Overall a nice place.

Great extended stay

Private entry to a basement apartment that was spacious and perfect for an extended stay. Full size refrigerator, microwave for reheating leftovers, comfy linens, large sofa and TV. I had everything I needed without having to share walls at a hotel. Highly recommended. I plan to stay again when returning to the area.

This small apartment was very convenient due to it's proximity to Provo, BYU and all the amenities. The apartment was clean and tidy and offered all the conveniences needed for a short trip. Thank you for helping to make our trip great!

Great little place near BYU

This studio apartment is a garden level in a condo complex. It was spotless clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. There's a pretty big tv and the bed was very comfortable with a cozy comforter. There is a big fridge, microwave, and hotplate. The host was fantastic and helped me check in and answered my questions. And the location was very convenient to go to BYU back and forth. I highly recommend this little apartment.
