Door to the room was janky and off. Had a repair man come up amd try his best so at least it somewhat closed properly but was still broken. Woke up at 8 am to a knock on the door from housekeeping seeing if we were gone (which we were trying to sleep in). With checkout at 11 i would assume someone wouldnt knock until 9 or 10. Also the fridge was set to max and froze everything we put in it. . Overall a bad time, but you get what you pay for on the price.

I got a message after I booked that they were undergoing significant renovations and to expect various levels of noise. Who wants that at a hotel, and why was it not disclosed at booking. I had non-refundable reservation but that message should have made it refundable. I had stayed there many times, but no more. I like peace at hotels which travelers should expect. I booked elsewhere this trip and skipped this reservation. I had much better accommodations elsewhere. Steer clear of a hotel that screws regular customers. Refund was denied! If I could give zero stars I would!

The two days I stayed at this hotel were frustrating from start to finish. The rooms are extremely outdated, and there was nonstop construction early in the morning. I paid $100 for a late checkout because I couldn’t sleep from all the drilling and banging the previous day, yet I was still woken up again by the same noise. When I brought this up, the front desk gave me a rude attitude instead of helping. Overall, the experience was incredibly disappointing.

Check in staff were very pleasant and friendly, room was nice and comfortable. The biggest downfall of our stay was our room was near the elevator and (guessing when used) it was extremely noisy which includes through the night. Definitely not a good night sleeping (bed was very comfy).

The woman who checked us in was the friendliest, funniest, kindest person ever! The parking was super easy, which I always appreciate (and CHEAP). It was in the perfect location and we got an Uber super quick to get to the concert we were attending. The room was comfortable and updated and I highly suggest and would return whenever I come to Providence.
