Room lacked basic amenities for the exorbitant rate of 500 dollars. No refrigirator. Coffee machine not in workable condition. Shower handle was very hard to turn. I had to call the maintenance.

Desk and check in staff were amazing. Having to pay for mandatory valet parking for $38 is excessive. Especially when we had to park our own car cause the valet staff couldn’t drive a Manuel transmission sports car. For $38 they held our keys for us over night. And in the morning when we checked out. We were handed our keys with no assistance with our bags.
