Found dried blood on the blinds on the window in the bathroom on the floor in the elevator on the floor not very clean. Had to pay by hour for Internet. Grounds unkept. Staff not really friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The bed in the room was terribly uncomfortable like in a dorm room, the hallways amelled like burnt food and cigarettes, and the security downstairs is riduculous. You can't have a guest privately unless you come downstairs in front of everyone to let them in. No discretion whatsoever. Bunch of people alwaysnoutside the doors chainsmoking cogarettes all night. Will not stay here again

From the Boston area and headed to Providence for the night. The location was easy for our plans. We arrived at the exact time for check-in. (Maybe 15 earlier) the rooms weren’t ready and they asked us to wait which turned into about 45 minutes just about of waiting before we can fully check in and get to our room. There was a woman in the lobby that has been there for an extended period of time on the phone in a fight with someone yelling profanities no one said anything. Upon finally getting to our room which was clean the blinds are broken so I had the parking lot lights blaring in all night. A lot of the doors to get into the building or having issues so all night long being on the ground floor, we heard the doors banging as people entered an exit the building at some point in the middle of the night they were people outside in the parking lot arguing. There was never information given for the free Wi-Fi that was advertised or the breakfast that was supposed to be included when we left in the morning. I did not see anything. The staff at the desk didn’t really seem too friendly, which made me uncomfortable to say anything at all considering I didn’t sleep at all. I could’ve saved myself money and just drive back to Boston in the middle of the night.

Could not fill requests for amenities that were advertised. Out of silverware and plates, we received only 2 plates and 2 forks, no cups, no cookware. Could not fill requests for toilet paper. Fee breakfast was empty and not refilled multiple days. Advertised room as queen bed and couch, room had two beds. Wifi was spotty at best. TV would not connect to wifi. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was there with my family & the only thing I really liked was the proximity to downtown. The room was not in the best conditions & the beds were ok. The area wasn’t the best but the stay wasn’t miserable but I probably won’t stay there again.

Our shower was broken, the staff was missing the majority of the time. There was hair everywhere in our room. The "breakfast" is one single pot of coffee and a handful of oatmeal packets. The entire building reeks of smoke. The furniture in the rooms is falling apart and beaten beyond use, and covered in stains.

It was basically a half way house. I was harassed by a shady character outside. The room was disgusting and not as advertised. Walls were paper thin and i could hear the domestic abuse that was gasping nextdoor clearly. The upstairs guests kept me up for 3 nights dragging furniture around and having their kids screaming/ parkouring off the furniture. Told management and they did nothing about it. And the so called breakfast they provided was old coffee and a nutragrain bar.

The room was dirty and the physical space looked like someone had trashed it recently. A kitchen drawer had been destroyed with the pieces left behind. Thete was a whole the size of a fist in the bathroom door, and stained and dusty loose slip cover on the only chair, dirt on the night side table and the mattress, which moved the moment I sat down showed filthy surfaces wherever the frame had a flat service. The walls were scarred with what looked like a blunt instrument. I left 20 minutes later despite having paid for 2 nights. It was located in an area where I wouldn't have walked after 4 in the afternoon, when businesses shut down.

The front desk staff and manager were extremely helpful with the check in process; they went above and beyond to assist! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our trip to Providence College.

the room was clean, but the 2 chairs they had in the room, one of them the seat had rotted almost completely away, the other was just plain old and both of them should be in the trash - for 5 days we didn't sit on either one. The staff at the front desk was pleasant for the most part. There were too many peo[le hanging around outside of the door and even in the very small foyer.

The lobby is probably the only nicest thing I can say about it as my experience was poor. The room was not clean, I had a stained bed, the chair was scratched up, the wall was dirty, and the blinds were damaged. I couldn’t take off my shoes at all because it is so dirty. Im grateful for the staff at that hotel that were helpful in every way they can be.
