Just steps from the kitchen, the open living area invites you to relax in style. There’s a decorative wood accent wall, sofa that easily converts into a queen-size bed, leather accent chair, and a mounted flat screen TV. SLEEPING AREA:
At the end of the hallway, you’ll find this spacious bedroom designed for total comfort. There is a queen-size bed, with matching nightstands equipped with lamps and a white noise sound machine, a spacious 9-foot-tall closet with double doors, and a desk and chair that are perfectly set up to get work done during your stay. Surrounded by large bay windows and black out curtains this bedroom offers both natural light and complete privacy.
BATHROOM:
Located just off the hallway outside the bedroom, this well-appointed bathroom has a modern vanity and mirror, and a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.
THE DECK:
Step through the glass sliding doors in the living area and onto your own private outdoor retreat. This beautifully restored building on Dean Street in Providence features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim, reflecting the charm of its historic neighborhood while offering fully updated interiors. Located in a walkable, well-connected neighborhood, the home houses five separate short-term rental units—including this inviting second-floor apartment. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 2 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED!

If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.
Interaction with Guests:
The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use. The host was quick to help us with some TV issues. The room was clean when we arrived. They offered an additional cleaning since our stay was so long. While we did not pick up that offer, we wished there would be a swiffer in the room and maybe some lysol wipes to do our own little clean up. The blankets kind of made a ton of fuzzies everywhere throughout the apartment. (They were comfy though!)

Outstanding host communication, parking was great (nearly right across a small street), the proximity of this apartment to I95 and Brown was outstanding. You can get to all of downtown and campus hill without taking interstate - super close. We typically stay at a hotel but will look to stay at this exact apartment in the future. Delicious restaurant nearly right across street and market across from that. Probably two blocks down is Atwells - federal hill and outstanding restaurants. Definitely within walking distance. The host was extremely responsive and timely. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Needed a place to stay overnight for our daughter-in-laws PHd grad from Brown- so convenient/ close by. Very clean & bright- felt secure.
