The property was nice. The room was spacious. The beds were not very comfortable, but we were able to sleep. The room was clean other than the furniture covered with material that had stains, so we just didn’t use them. I parked in a lot down the street for $20 rather than spending $40 to park at the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great stay

Our family of four stayed here for two nights. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the area was within walking distance of shops, trails, etc. Our only issue was with the valet service, which we paid $40 per day for: on our last day the attendant didn’t show up, so we had to schlep all of our luggage blocks to our car.

Numerous issues: 1- arrived at 3:30pm for our check-in, Anthony at the front desk informed us our room wasn’t ready as a high status guest was in the room until 4pm. When I asked if they could call they said they won’t disturb the guest. I then asked for a temporary room and I was told they don’t have maid services to clean the room. Then who is going to clean our room I asked, the front desk seemed confused by that. 2- our plumbing did not work, the shower only had water running for the tub and the sink faucets

Great Location

The hotel location was great and the room was clean, but the room design needs improvement. The room did not have a chair that could be used at the table/desk, so we had to go to the lobby to use a common area for laptop work. There also was not a separate shower door. Some sort of privacy for the shower is needed.

Centrally located 20 mins from the airport and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The hotel was modern, efficient, and met all needs. Using the Bonvoy, I never spoke with any employees at the hotel

The front desk folks were very friendly, but we asked for extra pillows twice and never got them. There are lots of hotels in Providence andbI have stayed in several. I would not stay here again. Room was very bland, poorly set up and not comfortable. The valet parking was great though.
