It would have been helpful if guests were informed ahead of time that there would be no one available at this location to check them in during certain hours. I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for an employee to return from their break. I even tried calling the property, but after waiting 20 minutes on the phone, no one answered. I have previously stayed at this property without any issues, so this was disappointing. If I owned this property, I would train a member of housekeeping or another staff member to assist guests at the front desk whenever the main receptionist is on break. This would speed up customer service and help ensure that no one leaves frustrated. While I was waiting, several guests approached me with questions about the Wi-Fi code and other concerns. Fortunately, I still had the code from my previous stay and was able to help them, even though I am not an employee.

Great Value in Pikeville.

It’s an older property that’s been updated. The bathrooms have been remodeled with walk-in showers. My only complaint is the plumber switched the hot and cold water so it was a relatively low pressure shower. The property is a four story motel with a great Mexican restaurant on top. It seems there are more rooms than parking spaces. It wasn’t a problem in my trip but would be during a busy time.

Nice hotel. Very well cared for. Very spacious. Not well insulated. Can hear traffic, people outside your door, flushing toilets. Overall, we would still go back.

The hotel was nice, but the carpet is quite worn and they are working on remodeling it. It would be nice if it served a breakfast. Location was good.

Did not care for the bar on top floor, people drinking, loud, and noisy when people are trying to get their minds, spirit, and rest together after visiting their loved ones that are in THE HOSPITAL—- IN ICU —- INTENSIVE CARE .
