This is a very nice hotel. The bed was super comfy. The man checking us in did the very minimal service. He did not share with us any amenities or tell us our room number! We head to figure out where the elevator was and locate our room. When we asked where to get something to eat he said i funny know. Not very helpful.

First I got walked in on by cleaners after I’d already been in the room for a few hours, kinda weird. Secondly, there was some group with many people. They were all polite but their kids (like 20 or more) were playing in the halls and elevators the entire weekend. One time it took me 15 minutes to get from the 4th floor to the main floor. Being in a wheelchair I couldn’t use the stairs. The front desk people didn’t seem to care when I notified them of the problem. The place was whatever, nothing special but the service was horrible. I didn’t even receive a door hang to tell them I didn’t want my room cleaned the second day so I came back to my room and stuff all out. Never staying with this hotel again.

The first room I was given had not been made up by the hotel staff. I was given another room that was an upgrade over my original booking. When I booked, free buffet breakfast was included. When I checked in, it was no longer included. No adjustment was offered. Shuttle drivers were friendly and efficient
