The room was fine, bed good and comfy, pretty standard. But the hot tub wasn’t functioning, the highway noise was enough to bother us, and the breakfast was pitiful. It was bagels, bread, packaged cereal, tiny muffins, and hot oatmeal. That’s it. No fresh fruit, yogurt or hard boiled eggs. There were hot plates on the counter but nothing in them. They might be better on the weekends, but we won’t be back.

Hotel is in need of a total update. We have stayed here several times and this February the hotel was on it's last leg. Hot Tub didn't bubble, breakfast was horrible, pipes got clogged was told there was no plunger anywhere in hotel. Was not happy at all

The hotel is under renovation, but suited our needs for a one-night stay. Location is excellent, quick access to the mall, jetport, and interstate. The breakfast was lacking, but there was coffee & toast. We rented a King Suite and found it acceptable. The pool area is being renovated but we were able to swim & the water was warm. The staff is extremely pleasant & welcoming. The hotel has nice potential & they are working on it!

The beautiful pool, which was promptly shown by the hotel, on the app, was closed and not working. The room was not updated at all, Bed uncomfortable. Carpet old. You get what you pay for. $65 looked really good. The pictures on the website made it look pristine, which it was not.

Avoid room 101 if you value a good nights sleep. It’s across from a door that says “staff” and the door is constantly slamming all night. There was only cereal and coffee for breakfast. Other than that it was clean

We arrived at 3:30 PM (check-in was at 3:00 PM) and were immediately informed that the pool would close at sunset (around 4:30 PM) due to a lack of lights. This was especially disappointing as I had specifically emailed prior to booking to confirm that both the pool and hot tub would be in service. My children were understandably upset. We hurried to our room, which presented its own issues. Most notably, there was a conspicuous wet spot on the ceiling, and the handle to the bathroom door was broken and non-functional, the floor didn’t look to be vacuumed, which was both inconvenient and a safety concern. We then proceeded to the pool area. To our further dismay: · The entire pool area was freezing. · The pool itself was unpleasantly cold. · The hot tub was completely non-functional and cold, which was the amenity I was most looking forward to. · The poolside bathroom was out of order. The problems extended to your parking. While advertised as complementary, the lot was consistently full every time we returned to the hotel. With no available spaces, I was forced to park in a, non-designated area. It was directly due to this inadequate parking situation that I later discovered a screw in my tire, causing a flat.
