Location was ideal. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. If you didn’t want to walk, they offered a free shuttle service. Checkin was quick and easy with valet parking. Onsite bar was a nice feature.

I waited 10 minutes in the lobby for someone to check us in. We had to grab our own baggage cart and bring it up to the room and return it to the lobby. The sink in the tiny pantry didn’t drain, disgusting! The TV remote didn’t work! The bathroom door is a rolling barn door style that leaves no privacy for the user and the actual bathroom itself was tiny. It’s the price they charge you to stay there that makes the above unacceptable an AC hotel !!!

Did NOT appreciate paying $40. For parking as the hotel was quite expensive. Everything else was exceptional esp. front desk and valet staff! Would recommend to others😊👍
