Hot tub and pool were broken , tried charging a additional 65 dollars a day for a pet fee.. had to leave a day early do to hot tub being broken .. (require one for my arthritis.. still waiting to be compensated for leaving a day early

We had stayed at this hotel a few years when it was under previous management. This time it was clear that since the Holiday Inn took over they had renovated it and made some great changes. Super clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, excellent pool and hot tub with late hours. The bar/restaurant next door was excellent too! Awe will be back!!

My sister 72 yrs old and myself 68 yrs old stayed 2 nights. The beds are way too high. My sister who has knee issues and on the shorter side struggled to get in bed and ended up injuring her right leg where she could hardly walk on it for 4 days and was in a lot of pain. I ended up with bed bug bites on my hands, upper arm and on my nose. The check in staff was super nice. The individual who was working the breakfast area was blaa. No smile or hello. Overall typical Holiday Inn Express.
