The only let down was the buffet brekkie. Highly recommend in every other way. Unfortunately no lifts or ramps so would suit able bodied persons quite well - unsure of other options available for those with mobility disadvantages.

Staff were great. The restaurant food was terrible, overcooked, dry and a mystery as it was supposed to be fish! Chef seems to have an attitude problem. Understand they are doing renovations for bathrooms but the shower was rubbish in the room.

Obviously this property is undergoing renovations. Consequently it is a busy environment with fantastic staff. Being a retired tradesman minor things like the wrong size toilet seat and bedside cupboard tops need sanding and finishing. Outside area also needs attention, decking boards lifting etc

We were told to come back at 2pm to check in, then came back just after 2pm, to be told the room wasnt ready and to come back in 15 mins, came back at this time and was told the room was ready however when we got the keys the maid was still cleaning for another 10 minutes. There was no lock on the balcony door which was unsafe. Rattling pipes kept us awake, the mouldy, run down bathroom looked horrible. There was no lift - made it challenging getting to the second floor with a pram and luggage. We canceled our next night stay and went elsewhere.
