We were very comfortable in this unit on the 1st floor. A nice size balcony to enjoy a cuppa and listen to the birds. Very comfortable beds, good shower, lounge, kitchen and laundry. The block is old with the stairwell needing to be vacuumed by strata, but the unit is beautifully renovated and not affected by that. Parking was on the prooerty or just on a quiet street. I would stay again.
