Open-plan living, all on one level. Three bedrooms, five beds, comfortably sleeps 4–6 and up to 8 maximum:
1× King bed – Master bedroom with ocean view, private ensuite, and towels provided
1× Queen bed – Second bedroom, sliding doors to the rear deck
2× King single beds – Third bedroom, sliding doors to the rear deck
1× Double sofa bed in the lounge
1× Foldaway single bed
Main bathroom at the end of the hallway serves bedrooms 2 and 3, with shower, vanity, bath, and separate toilet. Laundry includes washer and dryer.
THE SPACE
Renovated unit with a lovely beachside feel, stylishly decorated in an eclectic mix of family pieces and modern additions. Quality furnishings throughout.
Well-equipped kitchen with electric cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, and Nutribullet available. Entry via the rear deck, which offers an alfresco dining area for 8 people and a Weber gas BBQ.
From the rear deck, step into the sunroom, dining area, and kitchen. A second TV is located in the dining cabinet so you won’t miss your favourite show while cooking. The kitchen flows into the large air-conditioned lounge area with ocean views. Large Smart TV for Netflix and On Demand streaming. Outdoor seating on the front veranda runs the full length of the unit.
A hallway from the kitchen and lounge leads to the bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and the formal front door — though most guests prefer the easy access via the rear deck, just steps from the double lock-up garage.
PARKING / GARAGE
Guests have access to the entire property, including the garage. The garage fits two small cars side-by-side or one large vehicle. Free street parking available. Please do not block neighbouring driveways or workshops. Garage entry via a rear lane; the automatic door remote is kept on the kitchen counter.
