Quarto precisa de reforma. 2 noites é uma manhã tomando banho frio. Roupa de banho e cama muito desgastada. Esperava mais pelos reviews que eu vi e pelas fotos.

Adorei o Hotel, limpeza, funcionários, estrutura, informações, comida com muita variedade, bebidas de todos os tipos, em especial e equipe de recreação,principalmente a tia “peixinho” q minha cachorrinha ficou apaixonada, apesar de não ter recreação para pet, ela deu uma super atenção e brincou muito com ela. Um ponto a reclamar para melhorarem, a internet, em vários lugares do hotel não funcionam, nem os dados do celular e nem o Wi-Fi.

Ótima experiência em família!

Estivemos no feriado, gostamos muito de tudo no hotel. Não conseguimos aproveitar a piscina externa por conta do clima, então se for no verão seria ainda melhor. Um destaque para o atendimento, todos são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Parabéns para a gestão do hotel!

Péssimo local. Quarto sujo e escuro, roupa de cama suja, travesseiro furado. A refeição tinha salsicha preparada de três formas diferentes. Este lugar está muito longe de ser chamado de resort. Devido as péssimas condições, me retirei do local em menos de uma hora.

A estadia foi ótima. O serviço de buffet maravilhosa, comida de ótima qualidade, variedade e atendentes com atendimento impecável. O que relato, são apenas alguns itens de manutenção do resort, como por exemplo, ladrilho da piscina caindo, piso com ponta levantada, parede das dependências sem manutenção.
