The house was conveniently located for our stay. It was pretty clean. We had concerns about the piles of wood in the back yard since we had kids playing there. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

House was well suited for our needs, beds were in good shape and the kitchen is clearly new with all needed amenities. Stairs leading to front door were clearly in bad shape and there are a few things that need fixing, like the basement entrance and downstairs shower. All in all a good value.
