Best Western Pocatello Inn

The hotel is decent enough, but I didn't like being on a floor that was pet friendly. Accommodations were clean, but not very spacious. Breakfast was limited in selection and the amount that was served. No fresh fruit the day my party was there. Heavy on the carbs.

I'm a travel nurse headed across the country. I pack with 3 months of belongings. When I stop for the night I unload my vehicle completely so no one damages my vehicle trying to see what's packed inside. Very disappointed to have to carry 6+ bags up to the second floor. There was a dolly, but that didn't make sense because there was no elevator. Pack light if you stay here. Room was clean, neat, safe, quiet. Tastefully decorated.

Great place to spend a night. Beautuful view, frendly staff and delicious breakfast.

This hotel was toward the end of a long road trip. Even though weariness plays a slight role in us being pleased with the hotel, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was more than we expected (great french toast sticks). The only thing I would rate the hotel down on is that there is no elevator in the West wing to get to the second floor. To get to our room we had to go up 4+6+6 stairs (the plus signs means there was a landing there). Not a big deal, just a little different / weird there was no elevator access in a modern hotel. Overall, great place & would stay there again!

No recommend this hotel, very expensive for the condition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check in staff very accommodating. We were assigned a second floor room and were surprised there were no elevators. Desk staff (Jimmy, I think). Helped us get reassigned to first floor room. Hotel clean and pleasant. Our stay comfortable except there was only one chair in the room, which was a extremely uncomfortable office chair. Minimalistic style room is not what we expect in a BW. The breakfast outstanding. The breakfast room one of the most pleasing we have seen.

There was a family in the room next to mine, and I could hear every word spoken. Very thin walls. Thankfully they went to sleep at a reasonable hour and did not disturb my sleep. Other than that, the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very nice to me, and the lounge was a great place to relax after my long day.

I would stay here again. It's conveniently located off the interstate and near different eateries. The staff is friendly and the room was clean.

kudo to checking staff who i don't recall name. excellent help from night remember who gave us extra towler

Room was great. We arrived late and were processed quickly. Water was hot and towels were clean :-)

Had a great time as a family. Needed 4 rooms. Staff was gracious enough to put 2 sets of rooms close to each other to accommodate all of the grandkids. Sat up on the hill above the hotel to watch the fireworks.

Experience was great. Would def recommend this hotel to anyone

Enjoyable. It is a great location. The breakfast is the best.

Hotel was in a good location. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I got to the hotel approximately two hours early and they found me a clean room to check into. The room was very nice and clean....

Clean, new, quality appointments. Even breakfast was superior/great coffee. Price for the quality was great.

It was fabulous to say the least. My family and I drove 9 hours to arrive in Pocatello and we stayed 2 nights at Best Western. Our room was so comfortable and clean, great view, and we took plenty of naps during our stay. I have a 2 year old son who slept like a rock during those nights. He enjoyed himself at the pool as well. Me and my spouse especially enjoyed the continental breakfast! Everything was cooked perfect and there were healthy choices for our son to eat. It was our first time in Pocatello and we were there for the Fort Hall Rodeo and Pow-wow that went on during the weekend. Best Western was only 15 min away from there so we thought it was such a perfect location for our vacation. Thank you very much!

My sister and I went to Pocatello for business. The staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, although somewhat small, and the beds were comfortable, which is so important! The hot breakfast was good. We stayed in a handicap accessible room on the first floor, which worked wonderfully. There are lots of stairs throughout and no elevator, so we needed 1st floor room. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a quiet friendly clean hotel with the best staff! I am so happy we stayed here a no where else around it!

We always try to stay at a Best Western when possible. Pocatello Cottonwood Inn is great. Love the staff. Breakfast was good and the staff member is so friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was genuine when talking to you. Kudos to the manager for a great place stay. The rooms and beds were very nice also.

The lobby was nice, the pool was fun, and the room was great. Very clean and comfortable. We loved that the beds had comforters and not the usual cheap, thin bedspreads.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the breakfast. Our attendants should have apples, oranges, and bananas available for the entire breakfast every single day. Unfortunately we have the issue of pet rooms being booked through third parties and not informing the guests. If it is an issue please let the staff at check in know and they will work to find a solution.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I do apologize for the inconvenience of no elevator. There is a sign at the front desk that offers luggage assistance by our bellman from 7am - 11pm daily. Our overnight front desk agents are also happy to help with luggage assistance during the hours of 11pm - 7am. We understand how frustrating it can be to haul luggage up and down stairs so that is why we offer that service free of charge. If you do happen to stay with us again, we will be more than happy to carry your luggage for you.
