Had a great time. Thought the pool was a bit murky and hence over chlorinated. It is understood with the heavy use. Needed more towels. Would suggest having the area services on a regular basis… say checked every 2 hours.

We were on the 4th floor in a room far from elevator and it broke down, we had to climb down 4 flights of stairs with a walker and dressed for a formal event. Both of us are mobility disabled, when we told the staff this was a problem were told there was another elevator at the other end of the building which made it extremely difficult for both of us the navigate back to our room after the event. The room was not even close to handicap accessible but we made due with the use of a shower chair the hotel provided but otherwise the room was not as it was supposed to be in accessibility. It was large enough but not really ada compliant.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the lobby smelled very good! The breakfast was better than average. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had a very nice stay

It was ok. Was really looking forward to this stay, but both hot tub and TV were not working. Our toilet handle needed to be manual brought back up to keep from continuous noise/filling. Disappointing

Amazing staff. I wish I remembered the gentlemen’s name at the front desk. He was very kind and patient helping us figure out the Hilton app as well as getting our member ID numbers. Housekeeping staff was amazing as well, very thorough in their cleaning and also courteous and patient as we were popping in and out the room for things we forgot. I would always recommend this hotel.

Ambience was great. Room was fantastic. Staff were little rude but tolerable. Keep.asking about scissors I borrowed 10 minutes ago. Great town and not that far from city.
