The hotel is old and needs to be updated. You could hear the toliets flush in the room next to you as well as when someone took a shower. The carpet in the room was matted down and dirty. The tub had paint chipped off it. When you took a shower it did not drain well enough so you were standing in an inch of water. The staff front desk and housekeeping were friendly and professional.

The room smelled, you could not get a snack after midnight as they close the "concession stand", the machines to get soda or snacks did not work, there was a refrigerator but no microwave, the hot water was warm, the food at the reception was awful--the desserts were good. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Our iron didn’t work nor did the temp control in our room. Tried calling housekeeping and guest services but couldn’t get an answer. Otherwise the hotel is very clean and staff is friendly.

what i didn't like is that the rooms were not fully up dated. i mean it was just painted over, poorly and plumbing repairs were done lousy, could have been done professionally . rooms needed to be brought up to better grade for electronic use, Needs to have USB outlets in room for use with phones and tablets
