It was a nice and clean hotel with great hot breakfast. Breakfast was available from 6:30 AM until 10 AM. The location of the hotel is also right in the middle of Pegionforge and we had great accessibility to Gatlinburg and all the stores and restaurants. I will recommend this place to all.

Its location was great. It’s not the Ritz but it’s not the Pitts. However is you are on the larger size I suggest a Handicap room or a different hotel, the bathroom is extremely small no space between the toilet n shower and the Door. Water pressure really sucked and the cleaning people let’s just say I think all they did was put new towels in our bathroom and made the bed. No new bedding was put on the whole 3 nights nor did they bother restocking the coffee area the whole stay.The Breakfast was ok

The room was clean and updated, though one bed had sheets that had a clear dirty boot print on, like someone had tied their shoes on the edge of the bed. No bugs or cobwebs. Pool was closed during our stay. Parking was easy to access. The 3rd floor elevator button broke during our stay, but was fixed quickly. Breakfast seating was only 4 tables that larger families took up quickly, that forced us to eat in our rooms. Breakfast food options were very limited, but stocked and clean counters.

The water pressure is terrible...you open it on hot but it suddenly changes by itself to cold. The facilities are tired...the elevator button to the 3rd floor was removed by whoever it was. The ladies at the front desk were too dry, no smiles even when you approach them smiling. The toilet is in the same tiny space with the shower...very small space. There's an overhead heater in the bathing area that is extremely noisy! Free breakfast was standard and ok.

The breakfast area had very limited seating, making it difficult to find a place to sit and eat. We went down around 9:00 a.m., and the food that was available did not seem fresh. The biscuits were hard, and the waffle batter was watery rather than the usual thicker consistency. Breakfast was served from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m., so we expected better quality closer to the end of service.
