Great location. Staff is very helful. Love the room. Very spacious and the beds are separated by the bathroom which offers some privacy. Balcony is great.

Family of 4 stayed 3 nights. The balacony overlooking the river was awesome. The hotel offers free tube rentals to float down the river. Our kids loved it. Conveniently located at the end of pigeon forge strip, making getting to gatlinburg or the national park very easy. Room was clean.

Close to everything- best of both worlds

Everything was peaceful, I just wish it was more convenient to make it to the breakfast area with children while my husband had the car doing business. Maybe have a shuttle option.We would still book again.
