We enjoyed our time together and the townhouse was great. Very clean, completely stocked and well maintained. Our only complaint was, it was very cold . At the highest temperature it was 72, upstairs. Barely 65 downstairs. We were able to block the fireplace with towels and our items to help block some of the drafts. We also placed paper towels at the back door to block drafts. Weather stripping would really help. We were also shocked that my husband and son in law, who has a broken foot, had to shovel a path from the parking lot to the door. But noticed several other people were doing the same thing. We also live in the mountains and are very familiar with shoveling snow. We were just surprised that we were going to be the ones having to do it. Hope this helps with making improvements.

Samuel responded quickly! We were very pleased at how clean the condo was. The large TV and very comfortable couches were great. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The queen beds in the other room were ok but not as plush. Love that each bedroom has its own bath!

Quiet mountain top community. Easy access to all Pigeon Forge has to offer. Great floor plan for two retired couples with all the housekeeping necessities for a comfortable stay.

I took my teenage granddaughters on a girls trip to Gaitlinburg/Pidgeon Forge and stayed at this condo. The unit was immaculately clean and spacious. The location allows easy access to all the sights and stores. The complex is older,and it and the unit are starting to show their age. We arrived at night and it was a little tricky finding the complex and the unit even with the owners directions as there is little or no street lighting. The owners were very attentive and accommodating. They communicated with me throughout the booking process and our stay.

Property management was very responsive and tried to fix the issues but there were simply too many. It was supposed to be a two night stay and we left after the first night because the air conditioning unit which sat on the floor of the master bedroom and vented out the window was so loud when it kicked on that it kept waking us up. There were also issue with odor, bugs, broken drawers, doors that wouldn’t shut properly, holes in the balcony floor and furniture that was so stained and dirty looking that we didn’t want to sit on it. If this was a hunting camp, maybe not a huge deal but not fun for vacation.

Great space that needs some TLC

The space is great! Perfect for a family! So, I really wanted to love it. However It was not very clean when we arrived there was a lot of hair in the showers, and the pull out mattresses were just gross. The pool also left a lot to be desired. It looked like the pictures had been taken 10 years ago, it felt neglected, and was cloudy. the pool was a nonnegotiable for us when booking so, not feeling comfortable swimming or letting our kids swim there was a big let down. The communication with the host was great, they were very quick to reply and understood my concerns with the property. He did send a cleaning crew out to the property after I let him know It wasn't very clean, however with young kids and us all being present it just wasn't a good time to have someone cleaning there. so we just did it ourselves, but they did leave supplies we needed. Ultimately, I think this could be a great place to stay if the cleaning is done appropriately and if the pool/club house gets the attention it needs.

This was booked the night we stayed due to our other option falling through. We booked at 5;30pm and were able to get in at 7pm. It was super clean, the size was perfect for our family. We moved recently and were not able to take our pool table so we had a blast with several games of pool. The game table with frogger, oacman, etc was great. Perfect location and close to everything we planned on doing during our quick trip. The host was very quick to reply with the one question we had. We will recommend to others and if we are ever back in the area would stay here again.
