"Poorly located, away from beaches and the City Center, limited concierge service, poor room service and no notion service. I should be able to buy Tylenol (or sunscreen) in any decent hotel lobby.
The pool was closed for maintenance our entire stay - we were notified less than 36 hours before check-in. La Paz is a great place, and was busy with events that week, so a last minute hotel switch was not possible.
The Staff, however, was nothing short of amazing - cheerful and helpful to a fault. If I were in the hotel business, I'd make job offers to every last one of them.
All in all, not bad, but not what I was expecting. DO NOT believe them when they say they are "conveniently located." They are not."
