The rooms are a little beat up but good for sleeping and getting ready to go out on the beautiful beach they have outside. The restraunt has great food and great portions. They have two bars. The one by the pool is a little over priced. I would definitely stay here again!

Mixed feelings some good and some bad.Excellent staff, one jerk.Room spotless,Plumbing bad.Refrigerator was bad, jerk was not friendly about it but it was resolved.Only two Big towels per day,but clean. No smaller hand towels.Good AC,nice view third floor room.Bed was hard as a rock, was like sleeping on a Box spring. I even checked out the possibility of that but no it was a Mattress.Needs updating for sure.I would love to reccomend this hotel to a friend but I cannot do it.But not so bad as to make us change hotels. It's Mexico so you have to relax and roll with the tide. Thanks to Aleandro on the front desk,he was a Champ.

Overall very nice location. It is an old hotel, but it’s codortable and like I said, for the price it’s not bad at all, I’d go back again.

We were there for a wedding and I was very impressed with the food and the staff’s amazing hospitality! We stayed in one of their cheaper rooms which was clean and comfortable. I believe every room has a beach view. We spent very little time in our room since the pool and beach are right outside your door! Highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely go back!

Horrible smell outside. Rude staff. Refrigerator in room covered in mold. Disgusting shower. I couldn't bring myself to look in the bed. We left. No wonder they want full payment in advance with no cancellation or refund. Do yourself a favor and give this one a huge pass!!!

Difficult to find with address given. Paid for but couldn't even stay it was so bad. Stench as you walked outside to the room made you breathe through your mouth. Dead fish in garbage cans? Asked for different location and desk clerk was rude but gave us room on other end. This room had a refrigerator full of mold, drawers falling out of the dresser, and shower was so disgusting. I couldn't bring myself to sleep in the bed so we left. Give this one a pass!!

This was our first visit to Baja and we enjoyed our stay. The La Paz area is not a big tourist area like Cabo, and we picked it for that reason - you get a low key feeling that was very relaxing. The combination of desert and ocean is quite fantastic. The hotel was a lovely location, away from the city, with own beach area. The room was small but comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was good in the restaurant and it was nice to sit at the outside bar and watch the sunset. We saw whale spouts and dolphins jumping during the sunsets. It was a quick drive to other bigger beaches in the area - we especially liked Balandra! wow - the white sand and clear blue waters were magnificent.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel. We had two rooms, and one of them was lacking the mini-fridge. Probably some of the rooms need more maintenance, but we got a good price. The grounds are nice, and the main building is well kept.

The hotel's location is great, with plenty of attractions at the beach and close to the city. What we did not like is they did not offer what they promised when we did the reservation with Orbitz: afree breakfast. When asked for explanations, the hotel personnel was defensive and rude. The restaurant, on he other hand was not clean, with cat's hear all over the furniture.

Had a great time here ... older place but quiet and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will return

The hotel rooms are 25 years old and are in need of renovation especially the bathrooms. It is located quite far from La Paz and the shuttle service is only twice a day with prior reservation. If you want to relax the hotel is great but if you want any action, this is not for you!
