We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful. The amenities were great. 3 pools to choose from and a nice buffet breakfast. Cockroach in the room - the dinner food is not great at all considering how much you pay for it- the breakfast is worth it - Liam at dinner is wonderful host - and all the staff at the front desk and the room service was great - the elevator needs a air conditioning unit as it’s a safety hazard if you ever got stuck in there. The best hotel I have seen in Patong. All the facilities were new and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve seen in Thailand so far. I would stay here any time I visit Phuket!

Great staff super helpful. Lovely pool. 2min walk to Patong beach and less than a 10min walk to Bangla Road. So great location. Pool bar food was excellent. Lacking an evening bar facilities and breakfast facilities. Needs some TLC in area’s and needs noise proofing as walls are paper thin and can hear every conversation from neighbouring rooms etc.

Rooms and facilities including breakfast was great but since we had a pool access room. Other customers used the recliner chairs by the pool making us move away from the room. I think more are needed to accommodate all customers
